LEGACY RETURNS POLICY
All orders must be returned within 30 calendar days from the day the order was received.
All items must be sent back together with the return forms and original invoice.
All items that you returned must be unworn, unwashed (no distinct odours, blemishes, marks etc) and in the same condition that you received it. If they fail to meet this, the item/s will be sent back to you.
Items covered in animal/human hair will not be accepted.
Once we have received your parcel, we will inspect it and an email notification will be sent that we have received your returned parcel.
Notification will be sent advising you on the status of your refund or exchange after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
If an exchange has been requested with an item that is more expensive than your return, your item will be refunded and you will have to place new order will be placed online.
Any items brought in conjuction with an offer e.g ( 2 for 20 deal ) can only be replaced for a like for like item.
Shipping cost are non refundable.
Any exchanges will be sent out by Royal Mail Second class.
The items returned remain the customers responsibilty untill Legacy acknowledge that the parcel has been received into our warehouse.
If any item returned breaches any of the terms outlined in this policy, we reserve the right to return the item back to you in the same condition it was received.
